SFC was a part of the initial response to the Camp Fire. We provided key functions as Task Force Leaders (TFL), worked directly with Veg Ops and GC to coordinate the placement of Tree Crew resources in the highest priorities to get power restored. Our Dispatch Operations were an on-the-spot solution to organize and bring accountability to the vast resources throughout the incident. Our Planning Operations, created and maintained a daily Incident Action Plan (IAP), accounting for Tree Crew and Pre-Inspector location tracking, collecting, and organizing data, and tasked with finding any discrepancies within contractors’ production and billing. As well, our Task Force Leaders (TFL) worked marking and inspecting Trees and Vegetation for Overhead and Underground Utilities, customer Help Tickets, M&C tags, Debris Management and Wood Management as well as providing professional customer service.
