• To certify as a business owned by women, minorities and LGBT individuals with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) apply online at The Supplier Clearinghouse.

• Service-disabled veteran-owned business enterprises (DVBE) can obtain certification from the SB/DVBE Certification.

• Small businesses can register through SB/DVBE Certification or certify.SBA.gov.
